Passiá

Terms and Guidelines

Frankfurt am Main, July 24, 2026.

Dear Passiá clients and families,

I am writing to update you on the structure of our walking services.

Passiá specializes in structured dog walks — individual walks or small groups of up to four compatible dogs. A well-conducted walk typically includes a warm-up and free movement phase (about 20 minutes), a phase of physical movement at a steady pace, and a phase of free sniffing and rest (about 10–20 minutes), always respecting each dog's pace and physical needs. Our focus is healthy movement and your dog's physical well-being through a well-planned walking routine.

We adapt the pace, duration, and route of the walk to each dog's natural temperament — for a young or naturally more restless dog, for example, we offer a calmer walk with fewer stimuli. This adaptation is part of any responsible walking accompaniment.

If we identify, during a walk, signs that specialized behavioral support would be helpful, we will be happy to recommend our licensed partner professionals: Barbara Knebel (Stadt Hund Frankfurt) and Claudia Candido (EncantaPet).

Single sessions: €35 (subject to availability and for those without a monthly plan. For monthly plan holders who need an extraordinary walk, the contracted walk price will be charged).

2. Flexible start time

To optimize travel between appointments, the exact start time may vary by up to 60 minutes (earlier or later) relative to the scheduled time. Whenever possible, we will communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Service area and travel fee

We primarily serve within a 5 km radius from An den Postwiesen, 60488 Frankfurt. For clients outside this radius, a surcharge of €1 per additional km (round trip) applies, starting from the 5 km already covered.

4. Fee for dogs in heat

Due to the extra care required and the impact on walk planning, an additional fee of €15 per walk applies to dogs in heat.

5. Mandatory identification

For safety and by law, every dog must wear a collar with the owner's identification (name and phone number) and the Steuermarke (tax identification) during walks.

6. Liability insurance

I maintain liability insurance for any accidents involving the dogs under my responsibility during walks. This insurance does not cover the animal's health issues, such as allergies that may manifest during the walk. I recommend that all dogs have their own health and liability insurance for emergencies.

7. Communication and billing

  • Cancellations must be made 24h in advance. Walks not cancelled within this period will be considered completed and charged in full.
  • Invoices are sent a few days before the start of each new cycle.
  • Payment is due at the start of the new cycle.
  • The number of walks per month may vary according to the number of weeks in each month.
  • Cancellation of the walking service must be requested one month in advance.
  • We do not work on Sundays, except in rare cases.

8. Timer and hour tracking

The app records, per dog, the accumulated walking time within the contracted monthly cycle. This control serves exclusively to track the package's hour balance, allowing you to monitor consumption against the contracted value and organize your personal budget. The duration of each completed walk is archived for consultation. Access to this screen is recorded in the system, with date and time, for transparency between the parties.

I am immensely grateful for your trust in our work. For questions, bookings, or anything you'd like to discuss, I am at your disposal.

With care and dedication,

Passiá Structured Dog Walking
